UX & SERVICE DESIGN LEADER

Not services. Three ways into the same work — influencing the systems that shape experience, building the conditions design needs, and making things to think with.

Singular design partner for more than a year inside a major Wealth transformation — client and advisor interviews, journey workshops, service blueprints, multi-platform ecosystem mapping, and ~30 journeys.
With technology initially leading, the work kept the intended experience in the conversation before feasibility quietly decided it.

IN PROGRESS
An evolving leadership push for portfolio-level UX visibility — connecting capacity, staffing, and unsupported demand to organizational decisions. Design PI Planning is the mechanism a senior UX lead is developing.
FOLLOW THE WORK →The ask was UI for a new OTP flow. The experience lens surfaced missing upstream requirements — many clients had no mobile number on file. The recommendation: a lower-friction email path that cut avoidable friction and change-management burden while supporting the strongest feasible security route.
A new third-party Wealth platform shipped with no coherent onboarding. I initiated persistent guidance pages and shaped the content so clients could revisit how to use the experience — instead of reconstructing instructions from emails and printouts.
Independent products and experiments — where I originate, design, build, and ship, and stay honest about my learning edge.
A live digital event program for the OCB Jack King’s Classic — 56 athletes, 39 classes, a nine-hour run of show, reached by QR code from posters and venue screens. Built in three days, then run live on show day. The whole design answers one question in five seconds: “Who is number 27, and when is my class on?”
Search-first, offline-resilient, and honest under pressure: live results publish placements, overalls, and pro cards derived from the federation’s actual rulebook, so the app can never disagree with the judges. Show day absorbed a scratch, a reorder, and a mid-show renumbering — two athletes legitimately sharing bib #62 — plus a hosting outage, with zero public data errors and sub-minute updates all day.
VISIT THE LIVE APP →A partner-training app for lifters — end-to-end experience, design system, flows, and screens. Where I work my product-design edge, not where I pretend it’s finished.
Research input → clustering → persona structure → live persona agents → journeys — agent stages in progress, labeled as such. An experiment in where AI accelerates synthesis and uncovers research gaps.
A satirical philosophy site — real people, real thoughts, random discovery, non-judgmental sharing. The serious question underneath: in an era of generated abundance, how do you preserve human specificity?
A podcast of slow questions — long-form conversations that interrogate identity, conviction, and the things we’re told not to question. Now live, episodes ongoing.
